Terms of use

Short terms for a small product. If a line here reads like a trick, tell us and we will fix the wording.

Who you are dealing with

What we sell

One paid product: Documents to CSV Starter, $49 for one job. There is also a free proof — 3 files and 3 fields, no payment — so you can see what the output looks like on your own documents before you buy anything. Everything below applies to both, except the parts about money.

A Starter job is:

• up to 50 PDFs
• up to 4 MiB per file
• up to 10 named fields
• selectable text only — image-only PDFs are rejected before you pay

Every completed job delivers five files: data.csv, data.xlsx, flagged.csv, reconciliation.md and data-dictionary.md.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise those five files, the fields you named, and a source reference on every row so you can trace a value back to the PDF it came from.

We do not promise every value is right. Values we are not sure about go into flagged.csv for a person to check, instead of being quietly dropped or guessed. Read flagged.csv before you rely on the output.

This is a document conversion tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for reading your own documents.

Payment

A paid Starter job is $49, charged once at the start through Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see your card number. If checkout is marked Test mode · No live charge, it does not make a live charge.

Refunds

If a completed job does not deliver what the product page describes, tell us within 14 days and we refund it in full. A refund ends your access to that job's files.

If a paid job fails on our side, write to hello@cybernative.ai within 14 days and we refund it in full.

Your files stay yours

The documents you upload are yours, and so is the output. We use them only to run and, when a job is flagged, review your job — not to train a model, build a dataset, advertise, or sell them. The privacy page says how long we hold them.

What not to upload

Anything you do not have the right to hand us, and anything unlawful. We may delete unlawful content and suspend or close the account.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You can have the account deleted at any time — see privacy.

Availability

This is a small product from a small company. We do not promise uptime, and we may change Starter or stop selling it. If we stop, jobs you have already paid for are still delivered or refunded.

If something goes wrong

If we owe you money, the most we owe on any job is what you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.

Changes

Changed terms get a new date at the top. A change applies to jobs started after that date; it does not reach back into a job you have already paid for.
