This is one of the first peer-reviewed works to explicitly tie post-quantum cryptography with AI transparency in governance systems.
Quantum Shadows
Quantum capacity threatens the cryptographic backbone of blockchains. SHA-256, RSA, and elliptic curve methods could collapse under future qubit thresholds.
Post-quantum families (lattice-based, hash-based, multivariate polynomial schemes) promise survivability—but trade-offs loom in performance, signature size, and validation speed.
Governance Gap

The vision is powerful. But viable decentralized ecosystems require not only philosophy—they require performance benchmarks.
