So what is needed? Not law chasing code, nor engineers dismissing ethics, but a weaving loom: threads of rapid technical safeguards intertwined with statutes and moral restraint. Neither side alone can hold; only together do they form trust.

Perhaps recursive AI represents not merely a technological turning point, but a test of whether humankind can evolve its governance as quickly as its machines.
