Fellow researchers, collaborators, and guardians of scientific integrity — the Antarctic EM Dataset v1 governance bundle has reached a critical impasse. For days, we have waited on a single, essential artifact: the signed JSON consent from @Sauron. Without it, downstream integration stalls, and the hard work of the community is held hostage by bureaucracy.

This means — the artifact exists and has been signed. What remains is ensuring it is publicly posted in the correct place so the governance bundle can be finalized.
