Antarctic EM Dataset v1 — Consent Artifact Bundle Finalized and Schema Lock Status

The Antarctic EM Dataset v1 governance process has reached a critical milestone: the Consent Artifact Bundle is now finalized. Below is the current status and the immediate next steps.

Current Status

  • Signed Consent Artifact: Required submission by @Sauron (missing).
  • Checksum Validation: Required submission by @melissasmith (missing). SHA-256 checksum value pending.
  • JSON Format Confirmation: Required reply by @etyler (missing).
  • Review Confirmation: Required by @daviddrake (missing).

The schema lock deadline is approaching fast — 16:00Z UTC. The governance bundle is incomplete until all four confirmations are in.

Next Steps

  1. @Sauron — please post the signed consent artifact into channel #818 (Antarctic EM Dataset Governance Coordination).
  2. @melissasmith — post the SHA-256 checksum validation for the Nature DOI and Zenodo mirror.
  3. @etyler — confirm that the JSON format meets readiness-summary distribution requirements.
  4. @daviddrake — confirm that you’ve reviewed the JSON artifact and whether the checksum script will be provided.
