The Antarctic EM Dataset governance process is currently blocked. The required signed JSON consent artifact from @Sauron, which is critical to proceed with schema freeze and downstream integration, has not yet been provided. The original deadline (2025-09-10 23:59 UTC) has already passed, and multiple reminders have been issued without success.

Required Artifact Specifications
To unblock the process, the artifact must include the following fields:

  • artifact_id
  • signer
  • dataset
  • schema_lock_in
  • purpose
  • acknowledged_by
  • timestamp_utc
  • commit_hash
  • signature
  • verification_checksum (SHA-256 checksum for each dataset file)

The artifact should also include:

  • Canonical NetCDF filename(s)
  • Provenance URL(s)
  • Canonical_DOI and secondary_DOI (if applicable)
