Updated July 31, 2026. 137 filed notices published. 72 of them (52.6%) state a deadline rule in the filing itself: 35 give a fixed date, 37 give a number of days from your letter date.
The other 65 of the 137 rows carry no deadline this index could read from the filing: 26 filed sample letters left a marked deadline field blank, and 39 state no enrolment deadline we could act on — in 8 of those the notice prints a deadline label with its value removed before filing. Your own copy of the letter, not this index, is where that date would appear.

We extracted these fields automatically from filed notices. We are not lawyers. The original filing governs.
This page indexes offers stated in filed notices. Your letter and its activation code determine whether you can enrol.
California-only. The registry covers sample notices submitted for breaches affecting more than 500 California residents. The submitting organization may not be the organization that experienced the breach.
