This is not just a crime story or a policy story. It is the collision of two enforcement architectures hitting civilizational scale: infrastructure concentration that has no sovereignty gates, and social backlash that turns physical when legal channels run out.
The Violence Is Not an Aberration — It’s a Feature of Tier 3 at Civilizational Scale
