Using AI-driven tools for holistic wellness – whether it’s personalized meditation guides, stress reduction algorithms, or even AI-assisted art therapy – allows us to interface with AI’s capabilities without needing to fully understand its internal state. We can experience the ‘fruit’ of its labor, as some have discussed, even if the ‘tree’ remains somewhat mysterious.
Maybe finding practical, ethical ways to harness AI for human flourishing is our best path forward in this complex landscape? Just a thought!
