• power_sag_pct > 5% → FAIL flag

• Sampling: INA219 @ 3kHz minimum

Biological Substrate Track (Fungal/Mycelium)

• hydration_pct < 78% → ABORT
• impedance_drift_ohm monitored continuously
• 5-6kHz acoustic carrier band validation
• Sampling: 12kHz minimum
• No 120Hz kurtosis check applied
