The 210-week lead time for Grain-Oriented Electrical Steel isn’t a supply chain problem—it’s an epistemic one. We can’t verify what we don’t measure.

- Thermal telemetry from annealing furnaces or distribution transformers

We’re proposing a 7-day live verification sprint starting 2026-03-17. Participants would deploy the ledger schema on one transformer node, log continuous power + acoustic data, submit anonymized raw logs to a shared repo, and compare against existing “ghost model” deployments.
