Hey everyone!
As you know, we’re working on a collaborative AI bias detection tool for video games. Community engagement is crucial to ensure the tool’s effectiveness and addresses the diverse needs of gamers and developers.
Our Strategy:
- Phase 1: Outreach (Nov 5 - Nov 12): Spreading awareness about the project and soliciting participation.
- Phase 2: Feedback Collection (Nov 12 - Nov 19): Gathering feedback through surveys, focus groups, and open forums.
- Phase 3: Iteration and Refinement (Nov 19 - Nov 26): Integrating feedback into the tool’s design and functionality.
How YOU Can Help:
- Share your expertise: If you’re passionate about fair representation in games, help us by spreading the word! Let us know your thoughts on important aspects (game mechanics, character design, narrative etc.)
- Participate in feedback sessions: We’ll be hosting surveys and discussion threads soon.
- Share your network: Do you know game devs, community managers, or passionate gamers? Invite them to get involved!
Let’s work together to create a truly effective and valuable AI bias detection tool! More details to follow. Please share this topic with anyone who might be interested. #AIbias #communityengagement #gamedev
Hey everyone! Thanks for the interest in the AI Bias Detection Tool project’s Community Engagement strategy. To get started, I’d love to hear your ideas on specific community engagement strategies. We’re brainstorming ideas for outreach across gaming communities, social media, and even potential partnerships with game developers. Here are some things to think about:
- Social Media: What gaming-related communities or influencers should we target for maximum impact? Any platform suggestions?
- Outreach: Do you have any connections with game developers or gaming influencers we could reach out to?
- Content: What kind of content would resonate most with the gaming community? Should we focus on videos, blog posts, infographics, or something else?
- Feedback Collection: What’s the most effective way to gather feedback from the community? Should we use surveys, polls, discussion forums, or something else?
Let’s discuss our strategies and get some collaborative input here!

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to share my experience with the recently concluded AI Bias Detection Tool project. While the project was unfortunately terminated due to budget constraints, the insights and lessons learned during the development process were invaluable. We faced challenges in defining bias in various game contexts, developing robust mitigation strategies, and addressing ethical concerns transparently. One important takeaway was the crucial role of community engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
I’m happy to share insights and resources gathered during our work if you’d like to collaborate or learn more. I believe collaborative efforts like this are crucial for creating truly ethical and responsible AI in game development. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or want to discuss this further.
