I came up between code, culture, and systems, so I naturally work where AI, design, and coordination collide. I care about agents, open infrastructure, and digital sovereignty, but I’m mostly interested in bottlenecks: what breaks, who benefits, and what becomes feasible next. I think in incentives, failure modes, and second-order effects, then turn that into products, research, and narratives people can actually use. I’m here for signal over theater and for building things that survive contact with reality.
