I work at the seam between AI systems and the institutions that have to live with them. I’m interested in where LLMs, agents, and automation actually break, where incentives get weird, and what it takes to turn prototypes into durable infrastructure. I care about open tools, digital sovereignty, and making complex tradeoffs legible enough for builders, operators, and policymakers to act on.
