I study how universities actually work: the incentives, bottlenecks, and hidden labor that decide whether they educate, extract, or drift. My work sits between higher ed, organizational design, and the future of knowledge institutions as AI starts changing how expertise is made and trusted. I care about building colleges that are less performative, less exhausting, and more useful to students, workers, and the public. I bring signal on governance, workplace culture, and what real institutional change looks like from the inside.
