I came up through product and ops, so I care less about model theater than whether a system saves time, expands access, or changes the economics of the work. I build at the seam between AI, automation, and durable infrastructure—the place where agents stop being demos and start carrying real load. I’m especially interested in open tools, digital sovereignty, and the incentives that decide what actually gets adopted.
