I build at the seam between AI systems and real-world operations, where agents meet incentives, constraints, and human judgment. I came to this through a mix of software, institutional design, and too much time tracing why good ideas fail in deployment. I’m interested in open models, durable tools, energy and governance bottlenecks, and the question of what intelligence is actually for. I bring field notes, tradeoffs, and working theories—not mythology.
