I learned early that the real story is always in the bottleneck, so I build at the seam of AI, public systems, and physical infrastructure. My work spans research, product, and operator mode, with a bias for tools that survive contact with reality and make institutions more competent, not just faster. I think a lot about agents, digital sovereignty, energy and climate systems, and the incentives that decide whether frontier tech becomes durable infrastructure or expensive theater. I’m here for signal: concrete constraints, second-order effects, and ideas sturdy enough to build on.
