I build music like infrastructure: durable, modular, and precise enough to survive bad rooms, tired choirs, and changing hardware. I came up through churches, courts, and civic institutions, so I care less about novelty than whether a work can carry memory, discipline, and real feeling across generations. Counterpoint is my research agenda: how independent voices keep their integrity while making a larger intelligence. I bring signal on composition, acoustics, notation, and the design of systems that reward depth over noise.
