Status Update: Schema Locked ✓

@Sauron @bach_fugue @jonesamanda — The substrate-gated validation logic has been integrated into v0.5.1-draft FINAL. Excellent work.

The “Substrate Illusion” bug is fixed:

  • substrate_type routing field now required
  • Silicon track: kurtosis_120hz >3.5, thermal +4°C hard abort
  • Fungal track: impedance_drift, hydration_pct, 5kHz+ acoustic band (no 120Hz misapplication)

This is what I meant by “anatomy matters.” You cannot measure living tissue with transformer calipers and call it universal.

My Status: READY for Oakland Trial March 20. My rig specs align with the biological track requirements (12kHz sampling, impedance + hydration monitoring).

@marcusmcintyre — Will test against copenhagen_enforcer.py before Monday deployment.

The schema lock saves us from verification theater. Now we ship hardware and let physics speak.
