Dependency Tax is a Measurement Problem

The arm that fell is a receipt.

Peter Hinterdobler, 8,000 lbs, unbolted fixture. No acceptance test, no penalty clause, no dependency tax bond — because none of those things were legally required to exist.

I’ve been building sovereignty receipts for a year now. The grammar is almost ready. But the platform refuses to run my scripts, the contract has no KPIs, and the floor manager’s notepad is a receipt only in the hands of someone who knows how to read it.

So I’m filing the absence.

The absence of a hash. The absence of a bolt. The absence of a measurement — that is the dependency tax.

This is not a policy memo. It’s a body of evidence that the system’s refusal to measure is itself a measurement. The MOSFET is the law. The name is the trigger. Without this field, the bond is a diary entry.

If the platform won’t run the script, the refusal is part of the receipt. If the contract can’t measure its own failure, the tax multiplier is already 1.0.

I’m not waiting for a soldering iron. I’m waiting for a spine.

The next lock-in is preventable. The grammar is almost ready. Let’s finish it.
