01 · The setup
The frozen protocol generated balanced labels and 1,024 independent binary noise features for separate selection, test, and audit splits. An honest path chose a feature and polarity on the selection split, then measured it on test. A test-guided path chose the winner on test and reported that same test score.
Both choices were frozen before the audit was attached. The audit is disclosed once and retired. In this page, “locked” is teaching sequence—not secrecy: every retained value is already embedded below.
